Oakwood Premier Tokyo Hotel

We found the perfect luxury apartment right in the heart of Tokyo. It's just a short walk from the bustling Tokyo station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The apartment itself is modern and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us when our flight was cancelled. We were even able to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the lobby every morning. We couldn't have asked for more!

The TV remote control only had Japanese instructions, making it difficult to use. The DVD player was also not compatible with all DVDs.

We had a great night's sleep at Oakwood Premier. The location was perfect, with plenty of eateries nearby and Tokyo Station just next door. The apartment concept was ideal, with cooking and washing facilities available. The room was a good size and the bathroom was spacious. The aircon control allowed us to set different settings for different parts of the room. The floor to ceiling windows offered a fine view of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location, new and trendy design, and great amenities.

the spacious rooms equipped with everything we needed, including a well-endowed kitchen, a living room with breathtaking views and excellent security. the staff was very polite and bilingual and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Being close to the main train station, we could easily move around Tokyo and the location advantaged us.

Although breakfast was good, being a vegetarian, my options were limited. there was a grocery store nearby where I could get what I needed.

The limited breakfast options were a minor issue, but it was understandable considering my vegetarian dietary restrictions. the nearby Daimaru department store offered plenty of options to shop for special needs.

We loved this hotel! The location was the best, as it was right next to the main train station, making it so easy to get around. Everything we needed was within walking distance, from shops and restaurants to a supermarket. The hotel itself was like a fully-equipped apartment, with a full kitchen, washing machine, and spacious rooms. The staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in this city.

Nothing it was perfect.

The 1 bedroom apartment felt cramped, but had necessary amenities. Washer/dryer lacked heating for dryer function. Location near Yaesu North Exit of Tokyo Station was amazing. Staff were nice. a decent option for its price.
